We spent some time in Lincoln Park, which is such a great location for woods, fields, and beach. They are a genuinely sweet couple and I loved walking around with them. Like it often does in Seattle, the rain started to pour half way through the session but it did not seem to phase them one bit. We ended the session on the swings by the beach. What better way is there to end the day?

They decided on an intimate ceremony and reception, but decided they wanted me to take portraits of them in between the ceremony and reception. I was so thrilled that they did. The forecast said rain all week, but we were so lucky and ended up with a perfect day for their wedding portraits at the beautiful Kubota Gardens.

You could obviously tell how crazy they are about each other. Bri could not stop smiling and laughing the whole session. We started at Pike Place, walked around Post Alley and made our way to the amazing Seattle library toward the end. I cannot wait for their wedding at the beautiful Pine River Ranch.





The second photo below was totally Scott’s idea, who is also a photographer. I love it.




Bri was totally drawn to this display since it matches their wedding colors. Stay tuned for the wedding this August….
