Like a lot of my couples, they love the outdoors, so we spent a great evening at Carkeek Park. Evan and Louisa love hiking the park. I had not been there before, but I was lucky to have such a nice couple to explore it with.

I could not have asked for a nicer couple and they were such sports. They walked all around Portland with me even through the pouring rain. I think it was worth it though, some of my favorite photos from the session would not have been possible without all the beautiful raindrops.

We started our shoot down by the water.  The rain came pretty quickly.



We did manage to find some shelter along the way.





After walking through Portland a bit we explored the train station.



Then Andrew and Nicole lead me to this beautiful park in the Pearl District.






Of course at the VERY end of our shoot, the sun finally came out.
