I had a wonderful time with Dung and Derek in West Seattle. We spent some time in Lincoln Park, which is such a great location for woods, fields, and beach. They are a genuinely sweet couple and I loved walking around with them. Like it often does in Seattle, the rain started to pour half way through the session but it did not seem to phase them one bit. We ended the session on the swings by the beach. What better way is there to end the day?
Khoa and Thuy are a stunning couple. They decided on an intimate ceremony and reception, but decided they wanted me to take portraits of them in between the ceremony and reception. I was so thrilled that they did. The forecast said rain all week, but we were so lucky and ended up with a perfect day for their wedding portraits at the beautiful Kubota Gardens.

I think that summer is finally coming. For those of you who live in the Seattle area, you know how excited we get when the warm sun finally starts coming out in May. It happened to be one of those amazing days when I met up with Jamie and Jake for thier engagement session. They also happen to be an amazing couple to spend the day with. We stopped by the Ballard Farmer’s Market for some picnic ingredients, then headed to Golden Gardens for a picnic. We of course had to end the shoot at UW, since Jamie and Jake met there at the College of Education. Luckily there was still some of the famous cherry blossoms in bloom for a great end to a great day. Thanks so much for haning out with me Jamie and Jake.
